- Contain the text: Inland Area
- Minimal number of colors to keep it easier for printing purposes. (Example: the blue and yellow from CUE logo plus a few more)
- Minimum 1500 x 1500 pixel size to ensure good quality for printing
- Represents the Inland Empire (Riverside County AND San Bernardino County)
