IACUE Board Election
Let's congratulate the newly elected Inland Area CUE Board Members!
San Bernardino County
Cucamonga School District - District Technology Instructional Coach
It has been an honor serving on the Inland Area CUE board for the past few years in my various roles on committees and as current board president. I currently work as the district technology instructional coach for the Cucamonga School District where I coach and provide professional development for teachers on improving their instructional practices with the integration of 21st century skills, effective teaching strategies, and various educational technologies. I am a big proponent of creativity in the classroom and bringing more computer science opportunities to our region. I am eager and excited to continue the work in helping the board serve our affiliate region. It is a privilege that I hope to continue with your vote. Thank you! @MrDAlcala
San Bernardino County
Kingston Elementary / Hesperia Unified School District - Classroom Teacher
I am a member of CUE/IACUE, HUSD IMPACT team, Southern California GEG, and ISTE. I love to network with others to problem solve for creative solutions. I believe that pedagogy should always come before technology in education and I support the ISTE standards for educators and students. This year has had many challenges and also provided new opportunities for growth for me as an educator. I am forever thankful to CUE for giving me a place to learn and the support to grow when I needed it most. If elected, I promise to continue to advocate and find ways to provide free and equal access to training for educators. I will also work with this amazing team to provide exciting opportunities to empower the students and educators in our community. @chavelishesp

Hello Innovators! I am Anne Rizzacasa or Ms. Riz in my classroom. I have been teaching Science and exploring the educational technology to support my teaching for 6 years. I have had the privilege to attend many CUE events and I would love the opportunity to take a leadership role in this trailblazing organization. As a IACUE board member I will bring my energy, creativity and experience to support the current leadership and to make a difference. My experience includes Tech Know Teacher, Teacher Technology Leader, RCD curriculum design team, Google Level 2 Certification and multiple conference presentations. Thank you for your consideration. @annerizzy
Harvest Valley Elementary School, Romoland School District- Principal
I am passionate about "the why" in education. For me, “the why” is that as public educators, we help ensure each child has the best chance of becoming a happy and productive member of society.
Regarding my background and experience, I have been involved in education for nearly twenty years and have worked as a substitute teacher, classroom aide, teacher, teacher-on-special assignment, assistant principal, coordinator, and am currently the principal of Harvest Valley Elementary School. I know we can do more and we can do it better, but it’s not a matter of working harder, it’s a matter of providing the practical tools and support that teachers and other educators need, along with the authentic relationships that drive any positive change. @DanielTodd_
Perris Union High School District, Technology Department- Administrator
It is my philosophy that we should work collaboratively to transform education. I am lucky to work with thoughtful, talented, and dedicated educators on a daily basis that also believe that transformation takes teamwork. IACUE supports innovation and helps educators address challenges. Our region is growing in capacity and is primed for pushing change beyond its mountains and valleys. I want to support IACUE’s efforts to provide relevant professional development (in person or online), continue to expand our PLN through social media or other emerging communication platforms, provide grants for innovative classroom projects, and work to recognize and celebrate the educators in our region through the IACUE “Better Than Awesome” awards. @jswilliams
